people not RSVPing

Are any of you having this problem???? My wedding is 11 days away and there's a handful of people who have yet to RSVP. Now I have to hunt them down to find out if they're coming. It's so frustrating!!!! I'm also worrying about random people showing up the day of. How do I handle this?

I would call them, email them, facebook them and ask if they are coming or not

I started calling people 3 days after teh RSVP date.  I think a lot of people in general wait until the RSVP date itself to put it in the mail.

I think everyone has a least a few stragglers -- you just have to get on the phone with them. If you have to leave a message it should say that the last day to RSVP is ___ (I'd make this the day you have to give your caterer final numbers) and that if you don't hear from them by then you'll have to mark them as a no.

Thanks ladies! Ended up getting a bunch of calls today after sending out emails. RSVP date has passed, but still have yet to hear back from 4 people. Totally frustrating!
