So tomorrow is our RSVP date and there are a handful of people that haven't sent their cards back or even called saying they're coming and lost the card. How do I approach this? Do I call/email the people to find out if they're coming or not? I need the final count to our cake maker this weekend as I owe the final balance next wednesday or I have to pay a late fee. Our final caterer appointment is next week as well in which I'll need the final head count.
