Program wording - 2 MOH's

In the program if I have 2 MOH's, should it be:

Maids of Honor           Jane

                                    Jill

or

 

Maid of Honor              Jane

Maid of Honor              Jill

Also where do you put the greeters?  Are they more at the top of the wedding party or the bottom?

Either way is fine. I've seen it both ways, so whichever you prefer is fine. I'd list the greeters at the bottom of the wedding party.
