I am hopefully having an outdoor ceremony at the same place as the reception on the beach. On the invitation I am including the name of the venue at the beach. On a separate card I want to put something like "In case of rain, the ceremony will be held at: with the address."
The other problem is that our ceremony has to be earlier in the day (1 hour earlier) if it rains. It was the only way the church could have our ceremony.
How do I clarify the time differences and ceremony locations???
