I think some of this may have been messed up if you copied and pasted -- but for the most part it looks good. I'd include a reception card instead of putting the reception location on the invite, if possible. This is what I'd suggest for the invite:

Mr. and Mrs. Bride's Parents, Jr. 

Mr. and Mrs. Groom's Parents

request the pleasure of your company

at the marriage of their children

Bride Middle Last

and

Groom Middle Last

two thousand twelve

half after four o'clock

No "and" between your sets of parents. There should be a comma after your parent's names and before "Jr." "To" should be changed to "and" since both of your parents are hosting - it just reads better that way. Everything else is great
