black envelope liners?

hello!

besides black and white, there are several chartreuse (yellow-green) accents in our wedding...flowers, etc. If the invitations themselves are chartreuse, do you think it would look gloomy or dressy with black envelope liners?

I think it would look good.

I think it would be fine.  Are you buying them lined, or doing it yourself?  If it's DIY, why not look for cool wrapping paper with a pattern that involves all the colors?

its a DIY...wrapping paper is a great idea!

We did black-and-white photo liners.  I think they turned out great.
