Wedding Invitations & Paper

Self addressed response envelopes?

I'm wondering if it is appropriate to use printed stickers for the RSVP self-addressed envelopes?  I am having the outer and inner envelopes of the invitation done in a simple hand written caligraphy.

Re: Self addressed response envelopes?

  • Don't use stickers. Just have your address printed on there.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

  • Ours were printed there by the company we ordered our invites from.

  • I used sticker return addresses from vistaprint for return addresses & rsvp's.  It was easy.  At same time I ordered more with future married name to use for thank you notes after the wedding.  I may be wrong but I don't see ettiquete problem with them.  I hand wrote addresses & used DIY invites.

I'm printing my own invites, and DIYing the calligraphy. (Printing in very light ink and then going over it with a calligraphy pen) BUT my RSVP envelopes don't fit in our printer.. Too small. I bought a stamp with our last name only and our address. The pretty design we chose matches our style invitation very well and we can use the stamp well after we are married. Was a little pricy though... But quick and very easy.
