My sister is having a destination wedding and my parents are hosting the post-wedding brunch. Instead of having a set time for the brunch, we are giving out pre-paid vouchers to our guests at the reception and they can get brunch whenever they want to, based on their schedule. However, this means they are on their own for seating and we recommend they make their own reservations. Since this is not very traditional, I'm not sure about the invitation wording. Here's what I have so far...
<Parents' names />
invite you to enjoy a hosted
Post-Wedding Hawaiian Champagne Brunch
in honor of <Bride & Groom's Names />
at your convenience on
Sunday, September xx, 2011
anytime from 9 am - 1 pm
at Kaanapali Beach Hotel
Please RSVP by August 1st. Reservations are highly recommended and can be made by calling (808) 667-0124.
Not sure if that conveyed everything they need to know: (a) brunch is paid for by my parents and (b) they can come whenever they want and are on their own for seating. Do I need to mention that vouchers will be given out at the reception? Please let me know if you have feedback!! Thanks so much!!
