Wedding Invitations & Paper

Wording

Hello all,
Longtime lurker, first time poster here.  I have a couple of questions:

1.  How does the wording look on my invitation?

Together with their families

First Middle Last

and

 First Middle Last

request the pleasure of your company

at the celebration of their marriage

Saturday, the twenty-second of June

two thousand thirteen

at five o'clock in the afternoon

Venue Name

Address

City, California

Reception to follow

2.  We will be having a shuttle pick up guests from the hotel we have a room block at, take them to the venue, and then back to the hotel at the end of the night.  How do you suggest we get an accurate headcount of everyone who wants to use the shuttle?  I thought about putting a line on the RSVP card for people to say yes or no, but wasn't sure if this is ok.  There will be shuttle info on our website regardless.  The other option is to just put it on our website and have people contact us if they are interested.

Here is the RSVP card wording with the shuttle option.

M_____________________________________________

_____Accept with pleasure

_____Number attending

_____Decline with regret

Shuttle:

___Yes, we will be taking the shuttle

___No, we will not be taking the shuttle

Kindly reply before May 24, 2013

Thoughts?  Suggestions?

Thanks everyone!

[QUOTE]Is this a vow renewal?  "Celebration of marriage" sounds like you are already married.  If it is a wedding, then I would suggest this wording: Together with their families First Middle Last and  First Middle Last request the pleasure of your company as they are united in marriage Saturday, the twenty-second of June two thousand thirteen at five o'clock Venue Name  Address City, California Reception to follow

<div>It is a wedding, not a vow renewal.  I was afraid that was how it would read too.  Thanks for the suggestion! </div><div>Any words of wisdom on my shuttle issue?  Can I list it on my RSVP card, or should I handle it only through my website?</div>
