okay so I have an interesting situation w/ our response cards. I'm making a few variations of the card to fit w/ who they are being sent to. Example: only including a children's meal option if children are invited.
My unique situation come in with my FI friends from work. he works in a Theatre and not everyone is going to be able to take the show off to come for the entire wedding. However the show will finish with enough time for them to come for the last few hours of the reception, but they would miss dinner, and I don't want to pay extra for a person who isn't going to eat dinner w/ us/
my question is how do I word the response card? I want to include an option for them to say they will be attending and joining us for dinner, an option for attending but coming late/missing dinner, and an option to decline.
