Hello Ladies,
I have organzied a very intricate Save-the-Date for our destination wedding so that people have enough time to make arrangements for flights, hotels etc. I gave a brief overview that there will be several gatherings over the weekend and that there will also be plenty of time for relaxation and personal activities, then said the formal invitation will follow.
There are 3 main events hosted by different parts of the family and on different days (See below). I am at a loss of how to put this into a formal invitation, which normally has the wedding ceremony invitation then a separate reception invite card plus the RSVP. I can certainly do this, but how do I acknowledge the host of that event? Also, the events are all at different locations! I am afraid the formal invite is going to be a hot mess of invites, different hosts and RSVPs, which will do nothing to help keep the invitation elegant and simple.
