Blank response card?

What would be the proper response on a blank card? It is for a couple I are very close to. the invitation looks formal, but they used a informal wording style. The invitation address was to first name and first name then last name. Thanks for your help.

Re: Blank response card?

  • I don't understand your question. Is there a M_______ line, and you are asking how to put your name on it? The only "response" I have ever given is accepts/declines.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

We used blank response cards, they simply said "The favor of a reply is requested by such and such date." We got back everything from little notes, to stick figure cartoons to drawings and the formal way which is:
Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Smith (whoever is going)
    accept with pleasure
    the kind invitation of
Mr. and Mrs. John Miller (whoever is hosting)
for Saturday the first of June
