Printing gate fold invites???

I am having a gate fold invite designed for me on Etsy but 123print, vistaprint, etc. dont have the option to get a gatefold printed through their websites.  Anyone know of a website that will print gate fold for a reasonable price?  What kind of cardstock do I need? They have brochure printing which is the same size but it's printed in a really glossy paper and I dont want glossy for an invitation.  I'm stuck!  surely someone else out there has to be getting gate fold invites printed themselves.....??? help knotties...

  • Agreed, I'm confused too.  Can you post a photo of what you're trying to replicate?

  • sorry my message was soooo confusing.  The Etsy designer was thinking I would print the actual design onto the gatefold.  But I decided to just do a 5x7 card insert instead.  I am ordering the gatefold from cardsandpockets.  My main question is, how does the Etsy designer match up the print colors to the papers from cardsandpockets?  I know a lot of girls use Etsy for design and cardsandpockets for the paper so I'm just wondering how I'm going to make sure all the colors coordinate?  It seems like such a simple question but it's really confusing me.

  • Your etsy designer should just order a sample color pack from cards and pockets.

It's $15, and then s/he can have it for future work too.
