pictures on invites?

Are any of you ladies putting pictures on your invites? Is this weird? I am not doing save the dates so I was wanting to add a picture to my invite... can anyone share/show their invites with/to me if they used pictures. Thanks ladies!

I think a better place would be on your programs, or on a stamp like edie suggested.

In my opinion, wedding invitations aren't a place for photos. Maybe you could do a wedding website and add a photo album to it?

We used a photograph on our StDs and will be putting one on the program as well.  I don't think that I've ever seen them on the invitation.  IMO, it would make it less formal.

I saw one pocketfold with a belly band, and instead of a square monogram, they had a small (2 by 2) photo mounted there.  If you really want to include a photo, that might be an option.

Wedding Paper Divas has some nice ones.  They are not as formal as traditional invitations, but they may be a good option for you if yoour wedding is less formal.
