Wedding Invitations & Paper

Need some help! Wedding ceremony time has changed...invitations already went out!

Hello Knot Community!

I need your help... we sent our wedding invitations out two weeks ago and were informed yesterday that the 2:00pm slot at the church was free. We took the 11:00am initially because the 2:00pm was taken.

We agreed to take the 2:00pm for all the obvious reasons, but now I need to create a cute postcard to let the guests know who are coming...that the time has changed. Everything else is the same; just the times are changing for the ceremony and reception.

Have any fun, cute ways I can let my guests know we pushed it back to 2:00pm? I would appreciate any feedback or ideas! Thanks!!!

We're getting married May 4th.

  • Ditto Kristibot. You need to get the info out; coming up with a cute way to do it isn't necessary.
What did you think would happen if you walked up to a group of internet strangers and told them to get shoehorned by their lady doc?~StageManager14

  • This is one instance in which I would not try to be "fun" or "cute."

Important logistical information needs to go out without which guests may show up at the wrong time.  Be straightforward about it and don't bury it with unnecessary extras.
  • Honestly I would just call everyone and let them know.
