Wow. I am just surprised by what happened last night with the elimination. I knew Daniel had a target on this back after gaining 1 lb., but why Dina? Did pleading her case to stay there cause others to vote her off? Maybe I am missing something, but I didn't see any more reason to vote her off than to vote off Amanda or Abby. It was great to see her at home though, esp. after her makeover- she looks fabulous! And I'm so glad she got over her fear of jumping up on the stool.

I was shocked also. I missed the part of her pleading so I'm no help here. She did look great though with her makeover! I actually watched some of the Duggars for the first time. Are they for real? Do the parent's EVER raise their voice? Wished my parents were that calm with me growing up. I have to say the little girls are adorable.

I was confused by the whole elimination as well.  I feel like we totally missed something.  But she did look great at home.

Yea the elimination confused me, but I didn't think that they would send Dan home. He inspires too many of them with his great attitude. Also, I do think that Dina looked great, however as a scissor happy stylist, I would have cut more of that hair off!

Yes I agree, it was a little to fine for it to be that long, needed some length gone to add some body.

Speaking of long, limp hair, Elisha do you still have those pictures of your friend's hair cut?  I'm really frustrated with my hair and I'm *this close* to getting it cut.

I didn't really watch the whole elimination.  I need to like actually focus on it and watch it tonight.  C- I think your hair will look soooooo freaking cute short.

I am just hoping Tracey goes home next week so I can sit back and enjoy the rest of the season! I didn't quite understand how the elimination went either. I think it came down to the fact that Dina is kind of quiet, you know she had some confidence issues when she arrived. I think she was just not the person who really pushes people and that's what it came down to. I liked her though. And she does look great!

Good point, Pirata. Dina is a bit on the quiet side (or at least that's how the show portrays her).

And I think a couple people mentioned that they "want the people who really push me" there for them. Not that Dina isn't a team player, I think she just didn't have that personality or even confidence in herself much less being able to push other people.  The others are very vocal in "come on, you can do this" where I think Dina is often coaching herself in her head as opposed to vocalizing to herself or others.

I don't regularly watch the program, but I did last night.  I thought it was awesome that Danny lost so much weight at home (and was getting his family into eating healthy since I'm sure that everyone needs to be part of the lifestyle change to some degree for the contestant to be successful in the long run).  I felt so bad for Dina sitting in the restaurant while her hubby pigged out infront of her!  She looked terrific at the end, but I liked her with darker hair more than the shade she dyed it.
