Re: postcards.com??? reviews

  • I ordered my save the dates from there - they were postcards but I bought envelopes the quality was good I used one of their templates as backround and adjusted it - I used the glossy ones and people like it -

I also ordered some from Vista Print as Thank Yous and the quality was the same
  • I am currently in the middle of an AWFUL experience with postcards.com! I shopped around postcard prices, and even with all the coupons out there, postcards.com came out the cheapest, and I figured a postcard is a postcard - shouldn't be too complicated for any printing company. I also had very, very simple save-the-dates - some light gray stripes, and a yellow stripe. The pdf proof looked fine, but the prints that arrived at my door were so off, it wasn't even funny. The gray was blue, and the yellow was a neon yellow/green color. I don't know who looked at my proof, looked at what was being shipped, and thought 'yup, these look the same.' I have been going back and forth with their customer service and graphics department on the phone, online and over email now for 4 DAYS and this still isn't resolved. I was even told that 'light gray is difficult to print' even though they have several preset patterns on their site featuring light gray. Unbelievable. Anyway, spend the extra $5 on vistaprint... I do not recommend postcards.com!
