Do you send an invitation to people that have a role in the wedding? Obviously I am inviting my parents and my fiancee's parents, and the bridesmaids, groomsmen, etc. I am also sending an invitaiton to the officant and his wife and their son that lives at home. But what about the cake baker? She will obviously be at the reception, setting up the cake and serving but do you invite her to the ceremony as well? I have no problem inviting her to the ceremony, as she is a very nice person, she lives in the same town that the wedding and reception are, and she attends my family's church. Just not sure what the etiquette is on this. Also, another question I have is - how much cake are you planning on having - wedding cake and groom's cake? In addition to cake we are having a salad bar, meal (baked spaghetti), garlic bread and an ice cream bar. We are inviting 200 people roughly, and will probably have 150ish, give or take a few, RSVP and attend.
