name change question

I am officially starting all the fun name change stuff.  The DMV application says to mail in the drive's license name change application.  Did you all mail it?  Or did you just take it to a driver's license center?

DMV. You can get an update card for free, or a brand new license for 10 bucks (if you are at a photo center). I would be too impatient to mail anything in!
