Ok just to make sure I read all the old posts right the outer envelope should be:

Outer: Mr. and Mrs. Robert Miller
5467 Pole Lane Road
Rosewood, Ohio 45824

and the inner should be:

 Inner: Mr. and Mrs. Miller
Harold, Michael (oldest to youngest)

So now where does the and guest go?  On the inner or outer?

And to add to my question would a single guest be Ms.Susan Parker on the outer and on the inner.  Ms. Parker and Guest?
