Hi ladies,I need some help finding a hair stylist. A friend of mine who also lives in Lower Burrell is looking for a hair stylist to do her hair for her wedding. She's new to the area and her wedding is in 3 weeks, so she's sort of in a bind. I have a salon I'm going to for mine, but it's not in Lower Burrell, or I'd recc. that to her.
