How to word this?

We're in the design phase for invitations, and weren't quite sure how to word the RSVP cards without it sounding too wordy.

Our venue is historic, so employees will be offering 30 minute tours to our guests during our reception.  Our venue will need a "tour headcount" on top of the total headcount, so they can decide how large each tour group will be, and how many employees they will need to schedule that day in order to execute everything smoothly.

Here's what we have so far for the RSVP card:

We have reserved __ seats in your honor.

M____________________________

____ Number attending

_____ Decline with regret

How do I offer the option for a tour without it sounding too wordy?  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

    Maybe just

"Number who would like a tour of the mansion(or whatever it is) during reception: __"

  • It's a pretty small, informal lunch reception with passed tapas and cocktails, so nobody will miss any "traditional" reception activities because we aren't doing them in the first place.  We may do a first dance, and if we do, my coordinator is arranging for us to do it before the tours begin.  Food is also coming out in waves, so nobody will miss out on that stuff, either.

    Thanks for the suggestions!
  • If is is small, why don't you spread through word of mouth about the tours. Then when the guest sees it on the RSVP, they understand what it is about.

You could also have an extra insert to explain the tours and then respond on the RSVP card if they are interested in attending.
