Response Card Meal Titles

On my response postcard, what should I call the meal options? "Chicken / Beef / Vegetarian" or do I say "Stuffed Chicken / Filet of Beef / Vegetarian"?

We're just doing chicken and beef but we are specifying the type of fish.  We didn't have a lot of room on the RSVP card....2 menu items on 2 rows.  I hate mushrooms too, but always select chicken.  If I got a mushroom stuffed chicken I'd just pick the mushrooms out and push them to the side.
