Postcard Invites

So I have been debating about just doing a postcard invitation. We are having a small outdoor wedding and trying to keep it really relaxed and inexpensive. At first I was thinking about doing RSVP postcards but then the FI suggested we just do postcard invites and have people email or call to rsvp. Everyone knows we are a very laid back couple so it would kind of go with our fun easy going nature, I’m just not sure if postcard invites are a good idea. Any thoughts?

You don't need any envelopes at all - just fold them up, slap a sticker on and bam! Your guests can either tear off the perforated RSVP postcard part or give you a call. 

My brother did these and said they were pretty inexpensive and were definitely nicer than postcards.
