Guest list excel sheet

Hey everybody! Does anybody out there have a good excel sheet for guest, addresses, RSVP, etc. I really need a good one. My email is meaganw02@aol.com thanks

Re: Guest list excel sheet

  • Why don't you just build one? Thats what I did and it was pretty easy. Just did name, address, # in party, rsvp y/n, gift, thank you sent as the columns.

I kept track of all my guest lists(2 showers) under different worksheets in the same document. That way it was easy to keep track of gifts received and thank you cards sent.
  • OK thanks... I can do that.
  • There's a template in my planning bio that works with the wraparound labels I designed, but you can really just do whatever works best for you.

  • I made my own. There are also a lot of templates online, esp on the microsoft.com website. I almost used one from that site, but liked my own better.
  • I also just built mine from scratch.  I included a lot though:

    name
    address
    # of adults
    # of kids under the age of 9 (different price point for the reception)
    RSVP Y/N
    table #
    shower gift
    date rec'd
    date thank you sent
    wedding gift
    date rec'd
    date thank you sent

I also had separate tabs for shower guest lists and budget tracking

  • I made a super fancy one on my own, combining columns I saw in a number of different spreadsheets online (google guestlist spreadsheets, you'll find plenty).

We had columns for name, address, city, state, zip, phone, save the date sent, invite sent, # invited, # attending, rsvp'd no, gifts received, thank you notes sent, name for inner envelope, inner envelope line 2, name for place card, place card line 2, table #.

It also kept track of the total # who responded yes or no, the percentage of who responded, and the total # of plates

  • A certain wedding website partnered with Google to create a bunch of documents that would help with wedding planning.  They might be just what you're looking for.
