Placecards

When doing place cards - do you have one for each guest or can you say:  Mr. & Mrs. John Smith  - Table 1?  I am confused.

  • If you are having a plated meal, its better to have individual cards (but that could vary by venue).  Our venue asked for individual cards so we can mark on the card what there entree is.

  • Thanks, girls!  I will probably do the Mr. and Mrs. (where appropriate) to save a little money on cards. 
  • I did the place cards like I did the invites "Mr & Mrs" or Mr. + guest (if I didn't know the guests name). Fewer cards to deal with then
