VistaPrint HELPPPPP!

I just received the save-the-dates I designed and uploaded to vistaprint. I did exactly as they told me. I made them in microsoft publisher and saved it as a pdf. The magnets I received in the mail had the GRIDLINES on them. Who would print an order with the gridlines on them. They were supposed to print the image inside the lines. So, I am reaching out to fellow Knotties--maybe I did something wrong I don't know. I have 7 months until my wedding. I am about to lose it. Can someone please explain to me how they made their design and successfully uploaded the design to the website.

I may be wrong on this since it was a few months ago, but I am pretty sure the vistaprint instructions say to remove the gridlines before you upload (I know I used photoshop and removed the gridlines before I uploaded). They are just printing the image that you provide, so if the gridlines were saved in the image, that's what should have been printed. I have heard knotties say lots of good things about vistaprint customer service, so try giving them a call and see what happens.

from a bride-to-be, who orders from vistaprint ALOT (for my side business), call vistaprint customer service right away! If worded correctly, they will most likely re-do the order & send to you fixed and free shipping!  It's worth a shot!  Good luck!
