Wedding Invitations & Paper

Need help on response card wording :(

I need help fixing this.. I want it to obviously be fun and since we're inviting children I'm going to need to know how many children & adults per invite are coming.
Now the reason i put number of seats we saved is because Some people want to bring this & that person (people we dont know) and were obviously not going to feed and let others drink on a open bar that we dont know when we're not inviting people we do know. If that makes any sense..

yes im going to mass print it like that and then depending on the family/household its addressed to write ___/ 5, ____/4 so on and so forth..
  • I think if you fill in the first blank, you can let people fill in the number of adults and children themselves. If those numbers total more than the blank you fill in, call and ask about it, following the advice for when people RSVP with kids to adult-only receptions: "I noted an extra person on your RSVP. Have you had a baby? Started a relationship? No? Well, I'm sorry, but we just can't accommodate your neighbor/coworker/bff/knitting pal. You won't come without him? Well, you'll be missed."
