Button & string envelopes?

Hi - 

I'm stuck on the button and string envelopes similar to here

Only issue - they charge a ton for shipping and I haven't even seen what they look like yet!

Does anyone know of a place to get button and string envelopes for a deal?

you could make your own! then you could use any type of button you wanted, That being said, try googling button and string envelopes.
