Luggage Tags--HELP!!!

Hi-
I am going to be sending out Luggage Tags in my invitation/Save the Date. Because we are going to be having only family come to my DW, I am not to worried about being too formal.
I have been looking high and low for a nice DIY Luggage Tag template that I can customize and personalize. Any suggestions?TIA

Have you seen any completed ones you like? I haven't seen any templates, but I wasn't looking for them. What exactly are you envisioning? Perhaps someone can tell you how to recreate it.

eta: what programs do you plan on using to create them?

My friend went to a stationer in Jacksonville, Florida called Things Very Special (http://www.theinvitationshop.net).  They are a brick and mortar store, but also handle clients over the phone.  They have a great selection that either they can print or you can order blank stock.
