Anyone make cookies for Save The Date announcements??

I am trying to think of a unique way to create a Save The Date announcement and since my fiance and I are foodies, I thought it would be fun to make cookies, brownies or something similar but not sure how to include a Save The Date announcement...any suggestions or ideas?

I think the cookie/brownie idea is cute if you can figure out how to package and mail them properly. And I would just include a separate insert card with the package with your save the date info on it.

Cute idea if everyone lives in town and you can deliver. Just seems like a hard way and expensive way to mail. Good luck though, let me know what you decide to do.

Logistically, I think they might get broken on the way. And there's no way to save a save the date cookie and put it on the fridge!

Super cute idea! But, way too hard and expensive to pull off. I'd save the money and use it for the wedding, where you can incorporate a cookie brownie bar for you favor.

www.etsy.com has super cute custom made cookies you may be able to order...while I think its an awesome....just be sure its worth the time and hassle of pulling it off - Maybe a local baker can help??? GL!
