I've got a 2:45, so off I go! Oh, and I found out who's interviewing me this afternoon - my old boss, who now lives in the UK. Yay - now it doesn't matter that I'm not in a blazer today (phone interview), and I already feel comfortable talking with her :DDon't have too much fun without me!

Back! It went about as I expected - OK, but I think they're hoping for candidates that have a couple years more experience than I have right now. But in my mind, you get exactly 0% of the jobs you don't apply for, and next time that an opening comes around, they'll remember that I expressed interest. So I still have one more interview in this "first round" of the process, and I lucked out again - it's my mentor that's interviewing me on Friday If nothing else, I expect a bunch of feedback about what I need to do/work on to move up in the company.
