Spell out church name on invite?

Our church name is Saint Bartholomew Catholic Church.... should the word "Saint" be spelled out or should we keep it at "st?"

I did not spell out Saint.  I left it as St. Mary's Catholic Church since that is the way it is written throughout the chuch.

Hmm I hadn't even thought about spelling it out. Interesting. We haven't designed invites so now I know... Our church ALWAYS uses "St." too...

The church may abbreviate it but the formal name is Saint and should be spelled out. Similarly, your pastor may have his title abbreviated in the church bulletin but you need to write it out when you send him his invitation.
