RSVP wording help

I am getting ready to order invites & rsvps and I have no clue how I should word my RSVPs. I have limited amount of seating and some people will be having guests attend... I just need some ideas on how to word it so more than what is reserved for them attend.

Can I do something like....

# seats have been reserved in your honor
__ of # will be attending

Names of attendees: (on the lines below they will write who will be attending)

______________________

*** If this does not sound right, how else can I know who exactly will be attending if not everyone that invitation is addressed to will be attending??

Re: RSVP wording help

  • I think that makes sense!  I'm struggling to figure this out myself.  In fact I was just about to post my wording on here and I found yours first.
  • We did __number of seats have been reserved in your honor. __accepts __declines If I could do it over I would have done please join us for appetizers and dinner at Location Mr Joe Smith ___accepts __declines Mrs Jane Smith (or guest if you don't know the name) __accepts __declines
