Hey everybody! I need your help.
We are getting married in Florida, but most of my fiances family as well as all my friends live in Indiana so we decided to have a second reception in Indiana. So I am getting ready to print out my save the dates that I designed myself, but I am questioning how to do it.
I don't really want to give my Florida guests the option of coming to the Indiana (I don't think they would anyhow since the ceremony and reception is in Florida), but I kind of want my Indiana guest to have the option of either going to FL for the ceremony and reception or just staying in IN and going to the reception.
My save the dates say October 3...which is the date of our ceremony and first reception. The second reception will be the following weekend (probably the 10th) in IN. So...what do I do?
Do I create a whole different save the date for my IN guests? If I do this though, the IN guests won't know when the actual wedding is. Or do I keep the one I have and put something like: an additional reception will be held the following weekend in Indiana. If I do this though, all the guests will see the additional reception information.
I just am confused....any help is appreciated!
