Where do they go? Directions Cards and Hotel Info Cards?

Hey ladies!  I need help!  I'm putting together the invites and am not sure where I place the direction cards and hotel info cards.  Do they go inside the invites (invites are accordion tri-fold)?  Or just inside the whole envelope in size order?  For example: invites, then direction cards, then reception response cards, then hotel info cards (that would be in size order).  

HELP!

    Invite goes on the bottom. On top of the invite, put the direction and hotel cards, put the reception card on top of that, then the response card on the very top.
