What are everyone's feelings on having both first names of the parents on the invitation, instead of just Mr. and Mrs? What I mean is "John and Mary Smith & Bob and Sarah Jones request the pleasure of your company...." vs. "Mr. and Mrs. John Smith & Mr. and Mrs. Bob Jones request the pleasure of your company..."
I think my FMIL would prefer Mr. and Mrs., but my mom wants to be recognized by name, rather than just Mrs. Husband's Name. Thoughts?
