FI and I went to Bed, Bath, and Beyond to register yesterday and had a blast! We ate first (which I highly recommend because we were there for 3+ hours and both got hungry near the end). I think we did pretty well, although we registered for a $650 cookware set (yikes) which we have changed for something more reasonable. Neither of us are big cookers and we both feel like it's not something we truly need people to spend the big bucks on. I also went on line and picked out toasting flutes that I have fallen in love with. They are "Mikasa Love Story" and the have a matching Cake Knife and Server!

It was nice to do something fun for the wedding since I've been stressing out the last week or so about the budget.

Congrats! We registered there today too!

Wish I would have seen this post before we went because we didn't eat before we went and we were STARVING! I will definitely be making the same recommedation to friends that plan to register.

I've read multiple times about being careful not to get Hangry (angry because you are hungry) and when I told FI about this he thought it was hilarious and used the word for the rest of the day.
