BM to MOH!? I nee HELP!

I want to ask one of my BM's to be my MOH. I wanted to ask her in a creative way...but I just cannot figure out how. She lives out of state..idk what to do!

You could send a card... or put together a cute little box full of small items to ask her.  I've seen some really cute ideas on pinterest!  I just ran a quick search, but I love these:
