How does this sound? do you think I should exclude the "number of adults attending" does anyone have examples of the ones they did??

That is how I am doing mine... Although I have only looked into it online.  When do you plan on ordering these?  Just wondering for my own time table.

I think your RSVP wording looks great!!! Our RSVP will be worded like below....
