We're allowing our younger cousins, but that's it. None of our friends have children, so that was an easy decision to make :-)

We are having kids at our wedding because they are huge part of my family and I can't imagine them not being there...that being said I am taking every step to have a smooth wedding so there will be activties for the kids there. I also understand why people do not want kids at their wedding and totally respect that :-)

We are. FI has 2 younger sisters, I'm really close with all of my cousins (3 of which are under 13), & I have 3 nephews & 2 nieces that I would like there. Our guest list is being cut off at 1st cousins & the kids I already mentioned are the only ones that would possibly be invited anyways.

There aren't many kids in our families, so we're inviting them. I'd rather not have kids there, but it's not worth the argument with my mom about it.

There are some kids i'd like to veto. LOL!! But I can't see us going kidless seeing as we have 3 of our own and are making "family" the main focus of the event. We will have activities for the kids, so that'll be fun :D

Our friends and families kids are all under 5 (most under 2), so they're invited, but I'd guess that most won't end up coming to the reception. The only kids older than that are one set of cousins that live a few hours away, so I'll invited them and leave it up to my aunt and uncle. If there were a lot of ten year olds that would be running around, I might feel more inclined to do adults only, but I think it'll work out just fine.

We've agreed on no babies and are still up in the air with his cousins who are between 8 and 13. I have no problem with them but the alcohol will be flowing and I want every one to enjoy themselves and not have to watch their kids hope that doesn't sound btchy. I was already informed from 3rd party of course that if my great niece long story who will be 1 by the time my wedding happens can't come then her parents won't smh. I know this is selfish but it's also my and Fi wedding and this what we agreed on, if we do for one we have to do for all.

We are. I don't really mind, but most of our frineds have multiple kids so I am aprehensive about a couple dozen kids running around :/ I hope some of them get left at their grandparents because I really just can't afford all of them :(

We are but the only kids that will be under 10 will be our flower girl and ring boy. FIs cousin is having a baby probably around October so i would imagine that the baby will be coming as there would be no where to leave him/her. Other than that we have some teens coming, i would rather they arent as they aren't close to me and FI but his mother wont hear of it. It just sucks having to pay an adult price for people that cant even drink alcohol and we aren't close to. Sorry if that too sounds mean but wanted an intimate-ish wedding and because of commitments we have to also include them. ::sighs:: the joy of wedding planning lol!

We're inviting whatever children fall within a certain "circle".  For me, that doesn't involve any children from my side, and for my FI that involved about 7 children from his side.  Children are always included in his family's weddings, and it's never been a problem.

We are only allowing my nieces and nephew (who are in the wedding party), and my godchildren.  We both feel a wedding is a nice time for "adults" to get out and leave the kids at home with the sitter.  And maybe we're selfish by thinking this, but we want as little chaos as possible.

I initially did not want to but looking at my side of the guest list I have 4 cousins under the age of 18 and the youngest is 10 so we decided to have them there. Also FI's family is mostly OOT and would be hard for them to find sitters due to the fact that the whole family will be at the wedding.

We are having any kids, but mostly those are going to be family/cousin's kids.  Including one 7 month old (at the time of the wedding, if they make it in from Michigan) with all of our family traveling from out of state it would be tough for people not to bring kids.  I don't think any of our friends have kiddies yet..  The only other kids might be if we invite co=workers, but I tend to think they would welcome a night out and leave the kids at home.

We are concerned (and by "we" i mean my Dad) about liquor + kids, especially since the cousins' kids are all getting to be around the "dare you to" age.  Its one of the main reasons my Dad doesn't want hard alcohol served.

9 children are being invited, two of them are junior bridesmaids, and two others are ring bearer/flower girl. As far as I know, at least two will not be coming as the parents already expressed that to me, but I will still be sending an invitation to them. I am planning on having an activity table that my junior bridesmaids will sort of be in charge of they would do best with having a "job" because they are not very well behaved when bored but basically they will just be helping the younger children color. Parents will still be required to keep an eye on their children, but hopefully they will be happier with something to keep then busy.

I am having 4 in the WP, so a definate yes, kids will make up about 15% of our 65ppl wedding.  They will have little wedding themed coloring books, and at the venue there is a HUGE field so they will be able to go outside and play as soon as their pics are taken.  We are also going to provide bubbles and accessories for them, I am hoping this will keep them happy :)

I am having my daughter as flower girl.  She is staying for the whole wedding.  FI has cousin as ring bearer and rb sister is coming because they are really close.  RB and other cousin will be leaving after dinner. ( i think)  other than that no children.
