I was just perusing some things online and came accross the idea to include a piece of tissue paper in with the wedding invitation. apparently this used to be used to prevent ink smearing but now is used just to add to the formailty of a wedding invitation. It sounds like it would be really elegant but what are your thoughts?
Re: tissue paper with wedding invite?
[QUOTE]Not needed, but totally a design decision on your part. Did you ever see that episode of Friends where Joey gets the invite to Ross and Emily's wedding and makes the comment about the tissue paper being for when he gets teary-eyed at the wedding? Ha.

<div>That's exactly what I thought of too! I'm skipping the tissue paper. I don't think my invites need it or are formal enough for it.</div>
