Curious about Recycle Bride.

Good Morning Ladies,

As some of you all may know I have fallen in love with a Dress. After doing some browsing online, I found the dress on Recycle.com. The seller has no picture of it, and very minimal information about the dress. I am kind of curious about the dress and the info, pricing, conditions etc. Have any of you considered this website, and can it be trusted? Thanks for your help,

No... I knew that I wanted a brand new dress that has never been worn. The deal with those types of websites for me is that I really don't know what I am getting until I have it in my hands. What if this dress really isn't what it was supposed to be? Or what if there is a stain that they failed to tell you about. I guess buying some things from websites like that are okay but personally I wouldn't buy my dress off there...

Thank you for your insight. I too want my very own dress. I was a bit curious, but the more I think about it the risk taken would be too huge. Thanks again for your advice.

  • I agree with PP, its not necessarily that I really wanted my own dress I was just really hesitant about these websites because how can you guarantee that you are getting the real dress instead of a bad knock off or something and then its too late. I dont know I felt so much safer going directly to the store to see exactly what I was getting. HTH!

I haven't bought anything off RecycledBride, but I've heard nothing but great things about it :-)

  • I have heard great things, but I wouldn't esp the dress. I want brand new its the one and only day. I would look for things if you need from yourreception if somone is local.

  • I'm selling my dress on there currently.  Ask the seller for more pictures.  I understand why people are kind of unsure, especially when not much information about a dress is given.  My dress is going to be from a similar website, but I've seen plenty of pictures and asked the seller tons of questions, so I know what I"m getting myself into.
