Steaming the dress?

So I plan on steaming my dress when I get to Florida (where I am getting married - we live in Boston). Any ideas on a good steamer I should invest in or any tips on steaming the dress?

    Just be very careful! I was reading about this a while back because I have to drive a ways with my dress and I'm worried it will wrinkle in the car. Basically everything I read made me paranoid about trying to do it. Make sure your steamer doesn't drip water on the dress and I also read that you should do it from the underside.

    Here's a tip from Martha Stewart:

    A good alternative is to create your own steam room. Cover a bathroom floor with towels and run a very hot shower, allowing the room to fill with steam. Turn the water off, then hang the dress on the back of the bathroom door. Next, wrap your arm in a dry, white towel and run it down the length of the gown, smoothing out any wrinkles. This method is much less likely to leave water spots or iron impressions than a home steamer or iron
