Centrepiece Sample (PIP)

So we went to go see the samples made for our centrepiece, one was a bit underwhelming and smaller than we wanted, the other was PERFECT. It was exactly what we envisiond, even FI loved it . We are probably going to put the deposit down tomorrow.

My dad also saw our reception venue for the first time today and he LOVED IT. He came with us and saw all the other ones and he had so much to complain about, this one FI & I went with my mom since my dad was busy and we decided without my dads say (hes paying for a good portion of the wedding). He had NO complains, proclaimed he loved it as soon as he walked in (and he would never hide his feelings). So happy

Very beautiful! Very bold but elegant and just beautiful. This may be a stupid question, but did you go through your florist for the centerpieces?

The walls for the reception room are all white with BIG windows along 2 of the walls and dark hard wood floors, the look we want to go for is white table cloths, keep everything simple and have big colour, over the top, dramatic centrepieces.

Augurey - We dont really have a florist, we checked with a few people who mainly do wedding flowers and we checked with the local florist at the mall in the town I grew up in, and the mall florist by far had the best rates but also the best work. He had VERY reasonable prices, I guess because he didnt have the 'wedding' picetag. So we did end up using our local florist.
