What's your favorite cookie?

I found them in a country store once, but never in a bakery or store or anything. That may be why they're such a treat! :-) Soooo hungry now!

I like white chocolate chip and cranberry cookies, chip & dip cookies (since I hate nuts these ROCK!), and chocolate covered oreos.  I sooooo want a cookie right now-I need to get baking! *26summer runs to the cafeteria to see if they have any cookies left*

I'm way late, but I don't think these 2 have been mentioned: I love white macademia cookies and lady locks.

When we made hundreds of buckeyes for my wedding, we cheated and just dipped the whole thing in chocolate. It obviously looks different, but still tastes delicious and was way easier. We kept them on the sticks we used for dipping (candy sticks from Joann's) and they looked like little chocolate lollipops or something.

Super late to this post!! My aunt and mom bake like crazy for Christmas, so I have a few faves!! Lady locks are a fave, along with a marshmallow surprise chocolate cookie that is fabulous!! It is a Martha Stewart recipe that is soooo addicting. I also love chocolate crinkles!!! Dave also loves buck eyes, as well as the green wreaths made out of corn flakes, and his other fave is a butterscotch chip cookie :-) I have seen the chocolate marshmallow cookies in some blogs if you want the recipe :-)

Oh! I thought of another one! Oreo truffles. Man, those are good. My MOH made them for our cookie table. I still dream about them.

JennyBee - I saw that Marshmallow Surprise recipe in my Martha Stewart Cookie cookbook and it looks *so* good. I'm going to have to try it now!  That whole cookbook is amazing. Yums.

Definitely my new fave!!! It takes a little more work, but it so worth it!! And trust me on this one - make a double batch!!!

I finally got a chance to read this thread!  My grandma makes Missizz's cookies also.  We just call them "flakey cookies".  Yum. One of my favorites is filled pizzelles.  A soft version of a pizzelle rolled up, and filled with icing.

C - I love filled pizelles too, but I fill them with chocolate pudding (only the vanilla pizelles, not the anise ones).
