Engagement Photos!

We got the rest of our photos back today! Really happy with how they came out. I ordered a sample save the date from Magnet Street, can't wait to send them out. It's last picture in my post, the only thing I'm questioning is it doesn't actually say "save the date", wondering what your thoughts are about that? Thanks

And another question! I just showed my Mom the save the date idea and she doesn't think a kissing picture is appropriate.. thoughts?

I think that it will be just fine without it mentioning "Save the Date". I think it's pretty obvious; you have your wedding website listed as well as formal invitation to follow.

I absolutely love your Save the Date and personally, I don't see anything wrong with the kissing picture (plus it's small of the 2 pictures so it's not so 'in your face'. I think that is something between you and your FI and what you're comfortable with. I think the Save the Date is beautiful!

Love your pics! I agree your STDs doesn't need to actually say "Save the Date". I'm sure people can figure it out. However, even though the kissing picture is cute, I agree with your mom. If I received it, I wouldn't want to see that every time I go to the fridge, or wherever I decide to stick it.

I love your pics and the STD ideas. They are all great! As pp said I am waiting on mine too! A week and I am strating to get ants in my pants since I wanna see them!

Very cute. Im going to hold off on my e-pics a bit. Since I am not planning on doing a photo-based STD, I can afford myself a bit more time to lose some weight

Gorgeous photos and STD!  I also like the second one better, but I really would add something about this being for a wedding.  Like "We're getting married!"  "Tying the knot!" or just "save the date for the wedding of"
