Said yes to the dress... AGAIN!

Yesterday my mom and I went looking at MOB dresses. We stopped at the store where I bought my dress to get an update on it since it had been 7 months since I bought it and it still wasn't in. I got really annoyed with the owner and told her that if she didn't have concrete answers by the end of the day I wanted my deposit back.

I was crushed. Emotionally exhausted and annyoed. It look a lot from me to say yes to the dress the first time (I'm not someone who gets giddy/excited over a wedding dress) and wasn't looking forward to doing it again.

As we were walking to the car to go home my mom spotted a dress she wanted me to try on so I figured why not. It fit like a glove and it's gorgeous. I felt great in it. Best part about it, it was HALF my dress budget. So I said yes to the dress again.

As for the other dress. The owner called and left a message saying she woulnd't be able to get my dress for me and was leaving my deposit at the cash.

Was it at the same store? WTH? What happened that they couldn't get the other dress? I would have been beyond livid. I'm glad it worked out for you though! My dress was half my budget too! And that's the only thing that has been under budget this whole time...lol.

What happened with the original that they could not get it in? That's pretty crappy!

No, it was a different store. I have no clue. The owner wouldn't give me any answers other than she couldn't get it. I didn't want to talk to her because I would of lost it and said a lot of bad things and I had my daughter with me. My mom went to get the deposit and the owner wouldn't give her any answers either.
