Are you altering your hair in any way to prepare for the big day (growing it out, dye job, extensions etc)?

I'm just letting mine grow out a little longer than normal. I typically keep it long anyway, just letting it go further.

I'm attempting to grow it out, but only because FI wants to see it longer lol Just to see what I look like. I've had just above the shoulder length hair for the past like 6 years... lol I like it better that way, but I also want a pretty updo, so we'll see how it goes.

I am trying go back to my natural color. I had blind highlights done and I've had 2 dye jobs one professionally and you can still see the difference the bottom portion is lighter!!!! I'll be trying a darker brown again.

growing mine out longer than usual... I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing with my hair yet... either updo or half up/half down... either way, I want my natural hair to be long enough to do whatever...

This reminds me though that I need to make an appt to get a trim soon.. it's getting unruly!

growing it out. if it's not where i want it, i'll get extensions. i also am growing it out to get my natural color back. if it's not all grown out, i'll get it colored to as close to my natural color as possible.

I will be adding some hair to do a half updo and some color change. Right now my hair is shoulder length and is two tone red and blonde..I want blonde and black a style something similar to my siggy pic !

I had planned on growing my hair out a little more (it was halfway to my elbows) so I could have a wavy half up look. However, at my last appt in April, my new-ish hairdresser took my shortest layers to the top of my ears and the rest just past my shoulders. I swear it was like it was 1994 and I had the Rachel. It ended up being cute, but my hair hasn't had pieces that short since I was 3. Now I'm avoiding hair cuts except for a trim a couple months ahead of time. Hopefully it'll grow fast...

I might actually cut mine before the wedding... lol Not too short, just like shoulder lenght to do the up do on the left below. My hair is really long and I am not sure where all the ends would go...

Letting it grow as per FI's request. I hate long hair though. Probably a dye a few weeks before the wedding to cover my gray!

I'm trying to grow mine out.  I'm considering using clip-in extensions but that's about it.  And I'm letting my lowlights grow out.

Hoping for Mine to grow out. I have had shoulder length for a few years now. Its grows awfully slow. If I doesn't grow out, I'll put in Extensions. Will probably put in some highlights closer to the date (still undecided)

I'm letting my hair grow out a bit more. I really like my hair at my shoulders but want a nice updo for the wedding.

I'm growing mine out with the help of biotin, and I will likely add some extensions for volume when it comes to doing my hair trial. I have very fine hair, so having a little more volume will be necessary. I'm planning on wearing my hair down for the ceremony, and then pulling it into an updo for the reception (so I can dance and not worry about the curls falling!).

Im just letting mine grow. Not sure what Im going to do with it, So im keeping it longer.  I like my hair shorter.  My mother and hairstylist forbid to do anything else to it until after the wedding!

I will join the majority here and say I'm letting it grow out some more. It's ~6 inches past my shoulders now, I think? I haven't decided on my wedding hair yet because aesthetically I want it half-up and logistically I want it in a messy updo, but if I do go half-up, I'd like for it to be longer than usual.

Like everyone else I"m growing mine out I want to see how long it will get, and then I'll decide style.  If it gets too long then I'll cut it a few weeks before.   sbc2013 that's exactly how I think of mine!  I would love it half out, but then I think about the dancing and that I might get really hot.

I'm growing it out and it's in the process of going back to blonde. I'll probably keep it blonde for the wedding.

I guess I'm in the minority here.  I cut off my elbow-length hair for the wedding.  I wanted a wavy bob to go with our 1920s theme (plus, having short hair is a lot easier to take care of anyway).  I'm keeping it chin length to shoulder length.  Thinking about coloring it a little but haven't decided.

It's already pretty long, so just getting little trims every couple of months or so.

I always wear extensions, so it's not really a "change" for me, but yes, i'll be wearing extensions for the wedding.

My hair is long enough but might add extensions for fullness. I haven't colored my hair in years so don't think I'm going to experiment now.

I'm just letting mine grow. That way when the day comes I have plenty of options on how I want it. Thankfully FI's aunt is a hairdresser so when we get closer to the date I can try out a couple styles without having to pay boat loads of money.
