They do it like every three weeks but I usually have to watch the boards to see if anyone has an email from them. They just ran 50% off invites last week and sometimes they offer free shipping if you spend 50 so you really have to just keep an eye out for everything. I've ordered the lawn signs and such and the posters for the candy and cookie table, you just have to use your imagination and watch your shipping. Sometimes adding a pen will drop shipping by like 4 or 5 bucks while adding a sheet of stickers raises shipping 3 bucks. You have to play around and spend a little time. If you know what you want - like invites - groupons are good. That's what I'm using to order those.
